Wharvex is a software and discovery platform for supply-chain work. Buyers, suppliers, sourcing agents and logistics providers can use its public information and workspace tools to organise requirements and records. An independent provider remains responsible for the operational service it agrees to supply.

Use public information to investigate options

Profiles, product listings, service offers and educational tools help you prepare and compare. They describe the information currently published, not every possible condition of a transaction. Use them to create a shortlist and identify the questions that need a direct answer.

Agree operational responsibilities

Confirm who supplies the goods, who arranges each service and who is responsible for documents, timing and payment. Keep the written scope and any later amendments with your records. A platform workflow supports coordination but does not replace the agreement between the parties.

Keep information current
